Privacy Policy / Your Security
All of our online transactions are processed on Skypay's servers who are one of the world's leading Internet Merchant Banks.
At no stage does KD Web see your credit card details, as the information is processed directly through Skypat.
Security is second to none. All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture, and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.

Credit Card numbers for payments taken over the telephone are never stored by KD Web. We do however store the last 4 digits for future reference includings disputes and or refunds.
PAYMENTS
When you order domains or services through KD Web, you will be give the option to pay by either cheque or credit card.
Credit Cards:
We accept credit cards on-line using the Skypay Secure System (as above), and accept Delta, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. These will be processed immediately on-line.
Cheques:
We also accept cheques (drawn in UK Sterling Only) for non-cardholders. We will need approximately 5 working days to process cheque payments before registering domains, or setting up other Internet services.
PRIVACY POLICY
We will keep your details securely and not send you any unsolicited mail in any format.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- your name
- address
- phone number
- email address
- any other contact details
We will never collect sensitive information (e.g. your racial origin or sexual preferences). The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
